Hello MM friends, this time I will give a tutorial or tips for making Shading according to the title above using the CrossHatching technique.
This is the final result of the tutorial or tips that we will do
No need to linger. I will immediately show you how to do it, here I use drawing software and also a Pen Tablet but if you don't have it that's okay you can use a pencil and paper to practice it. You can use any pencil to follow this tutorial because the most important thing is the technique.
Alright right away
First of all, if you use software, you have to create a new canvas, here I using medibang software
Next, we make an object shape it's up to you here I choose a circle shape
Next, we determine where the direction of the rays coming from.
Next, we start adding lines to the objects we have.
1. We determine where the area will be illuminated or the bright part (Number 1) and where the dark part (Number 2,3,4)
2. Next, we make a slash that follows the shape of the object, try each line to have the same length and only rough (stretch) following the shape of the object.
Here we can get a rough idea of which parts are light and dark in our object
3. Next, we add another line between the lines we made
4. Next, we make a slashed line in the opposite direction to the previous line
Now we can see how there are 3 bright dark parts in the object we created
Next, we just need to add a line between the lines we made or reverse the direction of the lines we made until we get the level of darkness we want.
Alright, here's the tips this time, hopefully useful, please comment if you have something to ask. Thank you for visiting
