What is (page) and how is it different from (post) on blogger
Nice to see you again MM friends, this time I will give an explanation of the page on blogger and the difference between it and posting. For some bloggers, they may already know what a page is about or maybe they just see a selection of pages but never open them or use them.
So what is a page, a page is a special way to display information about blogs such as about me, contact, privacy policy and sitemap pages can also be used to create an article but are usually avoided because of the features of the page itself or we usually say limitations.
The limitation of a page and how it differs from a post is
PE = Page | PO = Post
- Visibilitas
PE: The created page will not appear on the blog and search engines so that it cannot be seen by readers if we do not provide or display a direct link about the page created to the reader.
PO: While the post will automatically appear on the blog and will also appear in search engines in some time so that it can be immediately seen by readers.

- Structure
PE: The url structure of a post is different if you use a blogger theme and don't use a code to remove a year and month of creation, the usual structure of a post is
https://WebsiteName/PostYear/PostMonth/PostName.html
PO: While the structure of a page's url is
https://NameWebsite.blogspot.com/P/NamePostingan.html
- Limitation
PO: The number of a page is usually between 10 - 20 can be more but I once made less than 10 pages and immediately got a warning like the picture above(Box1) but after I refreshed my blogger url, I was able to add more pages until it exceeded 25 pages without another warning. so I don't know the actual limit of the page that can be created.
PE: As for a post, the limit is up to the total capacity of our google drive, which can exceed 1000 posts, or less.
Extra, it turns out that our Google Drive storage limit can be reduced only if the image we use in the article exceeds a resolution of 2K(2048 px) or a video that is more than 15 minutes long, you can read the rest at this link Google Support
PE: A post has a label to categorize articles that can be accessed and make it easier for readers and authors to find the article
PO: If a page there is no way to access the page without directly using the link.
Alright, here's my explanation regarding the difference between pages and posts
Thank you for visiting, hopefully useful.
